The #15 Fenley-Moore Motorsports announced that Derrike Cope has been hired to drive for the team in at least two races this season, and will run a full season in 2000. Cope will drive the #15 at Lowes Motor Speedway and Atlanta. 2001 and 2002 will be option years

Derrike Cope has a new ride and has been signed to drive the #15 Ford Taurus being prepared by the new Bud Moore/Fenley Motorsports team in its Winston Cup debut at Lowe's Motor Speedway on Oct. 10th. Cope tested with the team at Lowes this week and ran at 180mph.
