Jimmy Johnson won the 2006 Allstate 400 at Indianapolis Motor Speedway, scoring his 22nd NASCAR NEXTEL Cup victory in his 168th career start. Johnson moved to 26th on NASCARs all-time winners list, tying Terry Labonte. This was Johnsons fourth victory in 2006
