Tennessee native Willie Allen will make his debut in the NASCAR Busch Series at the Sams Town 250 in Memphis. Allen will pilot the #14 Dodge of FitzBradshaw Racing. Allen finished an impressive sixth in his NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series debut at Martinsville last October
