Corey Heim rebounds with timely NASCAR Truck win at World Wide Technology Raceway: The early bird got the victory on Saturday afternoon at World Wide Technology Raceway at Gateway. In a long green-flag run to start the final stage of the Toyota 200 NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series race, Corey Heim brought his No. 11 TRICON Garage Tundra to pit road before any of the other top trucks made green-flag stops, and the move paid off with optimum track position.(Read More)(6-1-2024)
#11-Corey Heim led a race high 65 of the 160 laps and won the Toyota 200 NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series race at World Wide Technology Raceway. The win was his fourth of the season, first at WWT Raceway, and the ninth Truck Series win of his career.
#19-Christian Eckes finished second and #2-Nick Sanchez was third.
#98-Ty Majeski started from the pole, won stages one and two, but fell at the finish and crossed the line in fourth.
#38-Layne Riggs, #77-Chase Purdy, #99-Ben Rhodes, #52-Stewart Friesen, #7-Andres Perez, and #66-Luke Fenhaus were the top-10.
There were 13 lead changes among nine drivers and five cautions for 32 yellow flag laps.

Lap 160: Heim gets the win. Eckes, Sanchez, Majeski, Riggs, Purdy, Rhodes, Friesen, Perez, Fenhaus the top-10.
Lap 150: 10 to go. Heim maintains the lead. Eckes, Sanchez around Majeski.
Lap 137: Restart. Heim leads.
Lap 135: 25 to go. Heim, Majeski, Rhodes, Eckes and Sanchez lead coming to the restart.
Lap 133: Heim inherits the lead as the lead trucks of Purdy, Crafton, others all make their needed stop under yellow.
Lap 130: CAUTION as stops continued under green, Salas spins.Purdy inherits the lead as Tanner Gray drops down pitroad. he drives through his stall as the yellow waves.
Lap 123: Eckes pits from 2nd. Sanchez still leads, yet to pit.

Lap 110: 50 to go. Heim maintains the lead. Majeski leads Sanchez, Rhodes, Eckes, Dye, Ankrum, Caruth, Enfinger, Friesen in the top-10. Green flag pitstops may be upcoming, as this has been an extended run under green.
Lap 100: 60 to go in the race. Heim continues to lead. Majeski now second. Sanchez, Rhodes, Eckes follow.
Lap 78: Ankrum leads Heim for the restart, but not for long. Heim to the lead.
Lap 73: Under caution, the field drops down pitroad Majeski enters the stops leading. Ankrum first off with 2 tires, along with Dye. Heim, Sanchez also beat him off with 4 tires, Majeski follows.
Lap 70: Majeski with the stage 2 win, his 5th stage win of the season.

Lap 47: CAUTION Howard in the wall. Tanner Gray leads. Sanchez, Mosack, Rhodes, Majeski the top-5.
Lap 43: Tanner Gray to the lead.
Lap 42: Back to green. Different strategy under the yellow. New leader with Mosack out front. Tanner Gray, Sanchez, Howard, Rhodes, Enfinger. Majeski lined up 10th. Crafton with some extended repairs on pitroad for issues with the engine shutting off.

Lap 11: CAUTION Fenhaus spins while in the middle of a 3-wide.
