Yarborough Motorsports Crew Chief Tony Furr was fined $50,000 for have illegal carburetor mounting studs. They were found in the standard pre-race inspection before the Pepsi 400. The carb used in the race was legal and the car was thoroughly inspected after the race with no infractions found(RPM2Nite, Greg told me Monday 7-8-97)
