Bill Brodrick, aka The Hat Man was back in the winners circle today in Atlanta. This is the first time we have seen him in 1998. Since the winners circle ceremonies are controlled by the track or race organizers, I guess Bruton Smith hired “The Hat Man” for his tracks. Welcome back.(3-9-98)
