NASCAR Busch Series driver Gary Laton, who was injured on Thursday in a wreck during qualifying at Michigan Speedway, has been moved out of the Intensive Care Unit at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital. Laton is being treated for a head injury. He remains in fair condition and continues to show improvement.( GoRacing ) (08-16-1998)
