this weeks Winston Cup Scene reports that BGN #33 and #74 team owner Bill Baumgardner is considering fielding a Cup team in 2000 and that it is a 50-50 possibility. His first choice for driver is Johnny Benson who is available. If not Benson someone like him. Sponsorship would be the hold up but Baumgardner is meeting with potential sponsors next week
