Johnny Benson does not seem concerned about his future and believes he will have more to say in a week or two. He admits he has talked with owner Andy Petree about his vacancy (apparently open for Joe Nemechek). Also on the horizon are possible driving jobs for Cal Wells, A.J. Foyt, and several lower-rung teams currently active. Benson also said he had heard from an Indy Racing League owner, whom he would not name, the same one who called Musgrave, he said.
