I stated a while back that Darrell Waltrip would run a special paint scheme at both the Bud Shootout Qualifier and the Daytona 500. Actually DW will run the #66 NASCAR 500/BIG Kmart Ford in the blue, purple and black trim at the Qualifier and the special paint scheme “Flame Car” will be run at the Daytona 500 and the following races during the 2000 season: Las Vegas, Bristol March race, California, Michigan June race, New Hampshire July race, Indianapolis, Darlington September race, Charlotte October race, Phoenix, and Atlanta November race(1-21-2000)
