Supposedly NASCAR is not happy that the trucks are going faster then the Cup car and are considering requiring a restrictor plate for next months race there. TNN reports that the alleged-plan is to put a 1.25-inch plate on the Truck engines. Dodge does not have a restrictor plate engine program in place (as of yet) and it could rerally hurt those teams.
