Todd Bodine replaced Darrell Waltrip in the #66 BigKmart Ford, early in the race at Lowes Motor Speedway as DW suffered a shoulder injury in his crash in Saturday’s Happy Hour practice and decided against driving Sunday. DW had a few problems in Happy Hour, first a oil fitting was accidentially left loose and then a shock bolt was not tightened and caused DW to hit the wall and go to a backup car. Bodine will take Waltrip’s seat next year with Waltrip retiring, got a chance to get familiar with the car and crew a bit(10-9-2000)
