Harvick to go for it

A spokesperson for Watkins Glen International said Wednesday that Kevin Harvick, who drives Richard Childress’s cars (#2 AC Delco in BGN and #29 GM Goodwrench in Cup) will fly from Daytona to New York on Friday night, July 6, after Winston Cup qualifying for the Pepsi 400 to qualify his BGN car at Watkins Glen on Saturday morning, July 7. After his BGN qualifying run, he will fly back to Daytona, run the Pepsi 400. Then he’ll fly back up to Watkins Glen to run the BGN race on Sunday, July 8.(NASCAR.com Buzz).
