UPDATE 2: hearing Morgan Shepherd, who will race his own #21 truck at Nashville this weekend, has entered the #89 Ford in the Michigan Cup race next week, supposedly has a known crew chief to help him out(8-9-2001) UPDATE: Shepherd is on NASCAR’s Michigan Entry List in the #89, still no word on the crew chief(8-15-2001) UPDATE 2: I see #89-Morgan Shepherd has been removed from the Entry list at NASCAR.com, so that makes it 45 cars now AND heard Shepherd withdrew his entry at Michigan as the limited sponsorship money didn’t show, and he will go to Chicago to run the CTS race instead(8-16-2001)
