Head and Neck Devices at the Lower Level UPDATE: NASCAR, having made head and neck restraint devices man-datory for its top three touring series Winston Cup, Busch and Craftsman Truck is considering extending the rule to its Weekly Racing Series. Some 10,000 drivers participate in the series at more than 100 tracks around the country.
