NASCAR announced today that BGN crew chiefs Charles Hylton and Gregg Mixon have been fined $5,000 each for rules infractions that occurred during this past weekend’s event at Darlington Raceway. Hylton, crew chief for the #21 car of Jeff Green, and Mixon, crew chief for the #44 car of Mike Harmon, were cited for actions detrimental to stock car racing and the use of parts or equipment in an event that do not conform to NASCAR rules.
