Joe Ruttman, who has won 13 CTS races, gets a one-time try at another in Friday nights Silverado 350K at Texas Motor Speedway. Ruttman will drive the #4 Dodge owned by Bobby Hamilton. “Bobby called me on Monday and asked if I was available, and I asked him if I needed to come by right now,” Ruttman said. “This is just a one race deal, but it gives me a chance to get in a first-class truck and show people I can still get the job done.
