Stoddard wants to stay a Cup Crew Chief: Frank Stoddard, recently replaced by Paul Andrews on Jeff Burton’s #99 team, made it clear Friday that he still has his mind set on being a Winston Cup crew chief. Stoddard still works for Roush Racing and said he has been offered the chance to stay there and work with Roush’s Truck series operations.
