Dale Earnhardt Inc.’s crew for the #8 Budweiser Chevy driven by Dale Earnhardt Jr. has won the McDonald’s Drive-Thru Pit Championship fueled by Powerade for the second consecutive week. NASCAR says Earnhardt Jr. spent 288 seconds in the pits on his way to finishing third in Sunday’s Bass Pro Shops MBNA 500 to lead all participating teams. Race winner Bobby Labonte was in the pits for 318 seconds, the second-best time among eligible teams . The victory was worth $20,000 to Earnhardt’s team.
