Setzer repeats at Martinsville:

#46-Dennis Setzer won’t likely doubt the advice of his crew chief again. Wanting new tires and adjustments to his No. 46 Chevrolet, Setzer instead stayed on the track and out front late in Saturday’s Advance Auto Parts 250 with the prompting from crew chief Danny Gill. The pit strategy allowed Setzer to claim a 0.927-second win over #1-Ted Musgrave at Martinsville Speedway. It was Setzer’s second consecutive NASCAR Truck series win this season, second consecutive at Martinsville and ninth of his career. Setzer’s victory was also the 100th by Chevrolet in the series – the most of any manufacturer. Chevrolet drivers have won 100 of the 196 races held since the series started in 1995. #6-Kevin Harvick, who came from a lap down after a penalty for pitting outside his box, finished third. #99-Carl Edwards’ fourth-place finish was his career best, while series points leader #4-Bobby Hamilton rounded out the top five. Some other noteable finishes: #17-Darrell Waltrip was 7th, #33-Andy Petree was 10th and #52-Ken Schrader was 14th. The race was slowed 11 times by caution for 59 laps. There were eight lead changes among five drivers, with #18-Chad Chaffin leading the most laps (80).(ThatsRacin.com)
