#12-Ryan Newman won the pole for the Coca-Cola 600 at Lowe’s Motor Speedway, giving Penske Racing both poles in Sunday’s races, the other being the Indy 500. Newman won the pole with a speed of 185.312mph, Helio Castroneves is on the pole for the Indy 500 with a speed slightly faster then Newman’s: 231.725mph.(5-24-2003)
