#18-Chad Chaffin won his first NASCAR Truck series pole Friday setting a new track record, with Bobby Hamilton Racing teammate #8-Bill Lester also starting Saturday’s O’Reilly Auto Parts 250 on the front row at Kansas Speedway. Chaffin’s Dodge turned in a fast lap of 166.323mph on the 1 1/2-mile tri-oval. #4-Bobby Hamilton will 4th on the inside of the third row, behind #50-Jon Wood who was 3rd and #1-Ted Musgrave who will start 5th, giving his team three of the top five spots. Wood will have to drop to the back of the pack for Saturday’s race because he changed engines between practice sessions.(ThatsRacin.com/AP)
