Harvick wins at Phoenix:

#6-Kevin Harvick was able to hold off #1-Ted Musgrave for the victory in Friday’s Chevy Silverado 150 at Phoenix International Raceway. NASCAR Truck series points leader Brendan Gaughan was able to keep from blowing up. While Harvick cruised to his second consecutive series victory at Phoenix and first of the season, Gaughan began experiencing engine problems in his #62 Dodge as the final laps wound down. Gaughan dropped from the top five to 12th by the time the checkered flag flew, but still holds the points lead, even if just barely. Entering the Nov. 14 season finale at Homestead-Miami Speedway, Gaughan leads Musgrave by 26 points. Only 39 points separate the top-four drivers. #46-Dennis Setzer finished third, #99-Carl Edwards fourth and #4-Bobby Hamilton completed the top five. The race was slowed three times by caution for 15 laps and there were nine lead changes among four drivers.(ThatsRacin.com)
