#20-Mike Bliss won the SpongeBob 300 at Lowe’s Motor Speedway with a dramatic late race pass, his first ever Busch Series race in his 70th start. With Bliss out of the #20 at the end of the season, the win comes at a good time for him. #17-Matt Kenseth finished 2nd, followed by #48-Jimmie Johnson, #60-Greg Biffle and #5-Kyle Busch. Points leader, #8-Martin Truex Jr. finished 6th and retains the points lead with five races to go. 16 drivers failed to finish the race and their were 12 cautions for 54 laps.
