Hylton leaves RCR after Memphis UPDATE:

it was reported during TNT’s coverage of the Sam’s Town 250 at Memphis Motorsports Park that the crew chief of the #2 RCR Chevy, will leave the team after the race at Memphis. Hylton and team owner spoke and mutually decided to part ways. Hylton has another job lined up and expects to make an announcement this coming week. Gil Martin will crew chief the #2 for the rest of 2004.(10-23-2004)

UPDATE: Gil Martin has been named crew chief of Richard Childress Racings (RCR) No. 2 ACDelco Chevrolet team in the NASCAR Busch Series. Martin takes over this season to get a head start on the 2005 NASCAR Busch Series when he will team up with Clint Bowyer, who will take over the driving duties for the ACDelco team next season. Bowyer has been the co-driver, with Kevin Harvick, this season of RCRs #21 Reeses Busch Series entry.(RCR Site)(10-29-2004)
