Keith Coleman Racing (KCR) announced the formation of a second team that will debut in the Busch Series’ final race of the season. KCR has announced an agreement with Vassarette to sponsor the number #50 Chevy in the Ford Championship 300 on November 20 at Homestead-Miami Speedway. The car will be driven by Jennifer Jo Cobb, an up and coming driver who has been racing since 1991. She has amassed more than 60 career victories on four different racing series in that time. Most recently, she has competed in the ARCA Re/Max series and has three top-10 finishes to her credit in five career starts.
Cobb will be competing in the first Busch Series race of her career. She will be looking to gain valuable experience to use in 2005 when she will be competing for the Busch Series’ Rookie of the Year award.(KRC PR) Mark Green drives the team’s other car, #26 Chevy.(11-12-2004)
