Busch wins pole at Michigan:

#15-Kyle Busch won the pole for the Paramount Health Insurance 200 at Michigan International Speedway with a new track record of 181.612mph [old record was 178.037mph] for his first Truck Series pole in his 10th race. Thirty drivers broke the old track record. #1-Musgave, the points leader, will start 16th. The rest of the top-5 are: #5-Mike Skinner, #14-Rick Crawford, #23-Johnny Benson and #22-Bill Lester. Missing the race were #02-Sutton and #24-Mallory.
Busch the youngest: Kyle Busch put the #15 ditech.com Silverado on the pole for today’s Paramount Health Insurance 200 at Michigan International Speedway. This is the first NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series pole for the Las Vegas, NV native. At just over 20 years old, he is the youngest driver to win poles in two of NASCAR’s three major divisions. Busch won his first NASCAR NEXTEL Cup pole at 19 years of age.
