Steve Wallace, Rusty Wallace’s son, won the Hantz Group 200 ARCA Race at MIS in the #27 Kodak Dodge in his third ARCA eace and first ever over a mile in length. In his two previous series starts, at Toledo and Milwaukee, Wallace has posted two top-10 starts and one top-10 finish. Wallace had his 18th birthday on Thursday. Penske Racing team member Gordon Miller oversaw the at-track preparation of the car, with a crew comprised of both Penske Racing and RWI Racing team members. Rusty Wallace’s Larry Carter-led NASCAR NEXTEL Cup team pitted the car, with spotting duties handled by Wallace’s NASCAR NEXTEL Cup team spotter, Earl Barban.(8-19-2005)
