UPDATE: For the second time Kurt Busch has had his Maricopa County Arizona court date postponed. Tolleson Justice Court Judge Joe “Pep” Guzman granted Busch’s lawyer another continuance however the date has not yet been set. Busch was charged with reckless driving after being stopped by a Maricopa County Sheriff’s Deputy last November.(PRN’s Garage Pass Radio Show)(1-27-2006)
