Bobby Hamilton Racing along with Dodge Motorsports announces 2002 Craftsman Truck Series Champion Mike Bliss will pilot the #4 Open Joist Dodge in 11 of the remaining 18 NCTS events, all of which are in conjunction with the NASCAR Nextel Cup Series.
