Joe Ruttman will climb behind the wheel of the #4 Open Joist Dodge this weekend. It will be his second start for BHR this season and his first in the #4 Dodge. Ruttman drove the #18 Dodge earlier this season in Kansas; finishing in the 25th position. He will be making his 10th NCTS start at Texas on Friday.(Bobby Hamilton Racing PR)(6-6-2007)
