Starr part of safety campaign in Texas:

As part of an all-star cast, David Starr joined, Bobby Labonte, Greg Biffle and Kasey Kahne for a TV commercial to promote seat belt use, better known as Click It or Ticket. Back in Dallas, Starr was behind the wheel of his International MaxxForce Diesel Ford F-150 cruising down the streets of downtown Dallas to kick off the city’s Safelight Campaign. Safelight is an initiative by the City of Dallas targeting high school students to stop at red lights. In addition to the media blitz, the City of Dallas distributed thousands of Safelight posters, featuring Starr and his MaxxForce Diesel Ford F-150, to area high school students.
