The springs for the race-winning Winn-Dixie 250 #5 Chevy of Kyle Busch failed postrace inspection Saturday afternoon at Daytona International Speedway. Any penalties will be announced next week. NASCAR has taken the front springs from the car, NASCAR spokeswoman Tracy Judd said. NASCAR rules require the left-front spring rate to be no less than 800 pounds, and the right-front no less than 1500 pounds.
