The #13 team is closed and was 34th on owners pts, so the #21 Team moves from 36th to 35th and is guaranteed a starting spot, BUT is now only 7 pts ahead of 36th in owners pts, #22 [Blaney]. Plus the #78 and #36 teams get in the race if qualifying is cancelled. There are now 47 full time teams in Nextel Cup instead of 49.
