for the Gatorade Duel 150’s/Daytona 500 is over after rain shortened the 90 scheduled minute practice to 60 [the original sched], the rain stopped and they are drying the track and the plan is to try to practice as soon as the track is dry. The 2nd practice today is scheduled for 2:00pm/et. The top-5 were: #18-Busch 190.525 #17-Kenseth 190.440 #66-Riggs 190.351 #99-Edwards 190.311 #20-Stewart 190.299 slowest is #37-McClure 183.113 and #34-Andretti 185.300 the drivers are drafting, running in a packs #27-Villeneuve hit the wall and pancaked the right side of the car, the team made repairs and Villeneuve is back on track making laps also #18-Kyle Busch and #50-Stanton Barrett also scraped the wall and #96-Yeley lost an engine, the 6th Toyota to expire since last Friday.
