Rick Ren has achieved much success in his career as a NASCAR crew chief [#33-Ron Hornaday Jr.]. He’s been to Victory Lane with numerous drivers, led two drivers to Rookie of the Year awards and was the 2007 NASCAR Truck Series championship crew chief. Ren recently added another achievement to his rsum: the winningest active Truck Series crew chief. He has 16 victories in the Truck Series and is currently tied for third with Rich Burgess on the all-time crew chief career wins list, behind Dennis Connor (26 victories) and Randy Goss (20).(Kevin Harvick Inc.
