Burton wins at Charlotte:

#31-Jeff Burton won the Bank of America 500 at Lowe’s Motor Speedway for his 2nd win of the season and the 21st of his career. He took no tires on his final pit stop and held off a late run by #9-Kahne to take the win. #2-Busch finished third, followed by #18-Busch, #26-McMurray, #48-Johnson, #16-Biffle, #24-Gordon, #8-Martin, and #6-Ragan. Other chase drivers: #20-Stewart was 11th, #07-Bowyer 12th, #29-Harvick 13th, #11-Hamlin 16th, #99-Edwards had an ignition failure and finished 33rd, #88-Earnhardt, Jr cut a tire and finsihed 36th, #17-Kenseth was involved in an accident just past the midway point of the race for a 41st place finish.
