UPDATE 2: Elliott Sadler was on SIRIUS NASCAR Radio Tuesday with host Dave Moody and talked about the change:
Elliott Sadler: Wally Rogers, who had been my car chief all season long, his and my communication has been very good and he makes a lot of decisions that we make during the race weekend and we decided to put him on the pit box and be the crew chief this weekend and I think its going to work out good for us. We just saw the #43 and #44 makes some changes over at RPM and I think everybody is looking for that special chemistry that you can have between driver and crew chief to make your cars run better each and every week. We have 13 races left to go in this season and were looking for that spark to try to make our team just a little bit better and something to build on for next year.(Sirius Radio)(8-19-2009)
