Kevin Harvick will make his last start of the 2009 NASCAR Nationwide Series season this weekend when he climbs in the driver’s seat of the #33 “Sun Runner” Rheem Chevy at Phoenix. Ryan Newman will close out the season at Homestead-Miami Speedway.
