Kyle Busch, Greg Biffle named 2026 Comcast Community Champions of the Year

Comcast today announced Kyle Busch and Greg Biffle as the 2026 Comcast Community Champions of the Year, marking the first time in the award’s history that two individuals have been selected to share the honor as co-champions. The recognition celebrates the profound impact both made and the causes, families, and communities that remain part of their enduring legacies.

Established in 2015, the Comcast Community Champion of the Year Award recognizes individuals within the NASCAR community who have demonstrated an exceptional commitment to giving back. This year, Comcast is honoring Busch and Biffle for two distinct examples of service; one focused on helping families navigate infertility and another rooted in answering the call when communities were in crisis.

Busch and his wife, Samantha, founded The Bundle of Joy Fund following their own experience with infertility, transforming a deeply personal journey into a mission to help others facing similar challenges. The organization provides financial assistance to families pursuing fertility treatment while also helping bring greater visibility and understanding to infertility.

Since its inception, The Bundle of Joy Fund has awarded more than $2.5 million in fertility grants to nearly 200 families, helping welcome 114 babies. Through their advocacy, Kyle and Samantha also helped foster more open conversations around infertility and provided support and hope to families during what can often be an isolating experience.

Biffle’s commitment to helping others was equally evident through his hands-on approach to community service, most notably following the devastation caused by Hurricane Helene. Using his personal helicopter, Biffle spent 14 consecutive days flying into impacted areas, helping reach residents who had been stranded by the storm and supporting rescue efforts in impacted communities.

That commitment to helping people in moments of need continues through the Biffle Family Legacy Impact Fund. Created to preserve the values and community-minded spirit Greg and Cristina embodied, the Fund is working in partnership with Foundation For The Carolinas to support communities and causes where resources can make a meaningful difference.

“Kyle and Greg represented what this award stands for, using their platforms to make a difference well beyond the sport,” said Matt Lederer, Vice President of Brand Partnerships & Engagement, Comcast. “Through their compassion, generosity and commitment to helping others, they made a lasting impact on countless lives. We are proud to name Kyle and Greg co-champions and celebrate two extraordinary legacies that will continue to inspire others.”

Comcast will award a total of $120,000, with $60,000 benefiting The Bundle of Joy Fund and $60,000 benefiting the Biffle Family Legacy Impact Fund.

For more than a decade, the Comcast Community Champion of the Year program has highlighted the contributions NASCAR community members make beyond competition. Since its inception, the program has donated more than $1 million to nonprofit organizations, helping extend the reach of individuals and organizations working to create positive and lasting change.

By naming Busch and Biffle the program’s first-ever co-champions, Comcast celebrates not only what they accomplished during their lives, but the work that continues in their names. Through the organizations they supported, the people they helped and the example they set, their legacies of service will continue to have an impact for years to come.
