Joey Logano, at 19, the youngest driver to win a Sprint Cup Series race, is the Sporting News rookie of the year, the magazine announced today. Hendrick Motorsports owner Rick Hendrick is owner of the year, and Mark Martin is the 2009 Dale Earnhardt Tough Driver. The top driver and crew chief will be announced Thursday.
