2nd Chance Motorsports #79 Nationwide team owned by Rick Russell, will make their debut this weekend at the Monster Mile in Dover. Championship crew chief Paul Andrews, will spearhead the team. The driver of the teams Ford is Tim Andrews, Paul’s son, who at last years event qualified 14th. The car will carry decals honoring “Prayers For Shannon”, wife of long time friend Mark Shaffer of Phoenix, as she bravely battles cancer.(2nd Chance PR)(9-21-2010)
