NASCAR young guns Trevor Bayne, David Ragan, Reed Sorenson and Ricky Stenhouse Jr., will join NHRA veterans Doug Foley, Doug Herbert and Matt and Angie Smith, as Charlotte Motor Speedway kicks off its Fall Season of Speed with a Parade of Power at noon on Tuesday, Aug. 9, on Bruton Smith Boulevard. Vehicles representing every form of motorsports that will compete this fall at Charlotte Motor Speedway, zMAX Dragway and The Dirt Track at Charlotte will parade from Concord Mills Mall to the speedway’s Avenue of Flags on Bruton Smith Boulevard. Following the parade, drivers and Charlotte Motor Speedway officials will hold a press conference and fan forum to discuss activities surrounding the speedway’s Fall Season of Speed.
