As of last week MaxQ motorsports and owner Larry Gunselman has entered into an agreement to take over the #37 Sprint Cup team. Bob Jenkins will be a minority owner for the remainder of 2011. Max Q has been operating the #37 team in parnership under the Front Row banner since Phoenix. NASCAR approved the transfer last week.
