Smith making first Chicagoland start:

Fresh off an 11th place finish at Atlanta, MB Motorsports & SealWrap look to continue their momentum in the Fast Five 225 at Chicagoland Speedway. Jack Smith will make his first series start at the track in the #63 Ford which will feature the Operation Homefront logo on its sides in their support of our military families. “Our whole SealWrap team is really pumped to head to Chicago with the Operation Homefront folks,” says Smith. We ran so well last time out and we think that the progress we’ve made will show on track this week. Besides, we’ve got a bunch of soldiers from Ft. Leonard Wood joining us this week, so with all of our effort and the good luck they’ll bring us, we should be in good shape Friday night.” Operation Homefront provides direct services to alleviate a military family’s or individual’s actual/complete emergency financial burden, as well as counseling and/or recovery support. Race fans can support MB Motorsports and SealWrap’s efforts by making an $5 donation by texting HERO to 50555 or by contacting their local Operation Homefront chapter to donate or volunteer. SealWrap will match the funds raised by the texting campaign up to $10,000.(MB Motorsports PR)(9-14-2011)
