UPDATE: Valvoline has signed on to sponsor Germain Racing and driver Casey Mears in two NASCAR Sprint Cup Series events. Valvoline will be on board the #13 Ford this weekend when Germain Racing travels to Michigan Int ‘l Speedway in Brooklyn, Mich., for the Quicken Loans 400. Valvoline will also sponsor the team at Kentucky Speedway June 30. ‘We had a great weekend (at Pocono) and it’s also exciting to learn that Valvoline will be on our car for Michigan and Kentucky,’ said Mears. ‘We ‘ve made a lot of progress this year and things continue to head in the right direction.’ The team is still searching for sponsorship in a handful of events.
