Earnhardt Jr. Joins MRN for Talladega Broadcast:

Dale Earnhardt Jr. will return to Talladega Superspeedway this weekend – not behind the wheel of a racecar but behind a Motor Racing Network microphone. ‘Junior’ will join ‘The Voice of NASCAR’ during the first half of Sunday’s Hellmann’s 500 broadcast – teaming up with MRN anchors Joe Moore and Jeff Striegle in the newly christened ‘Barney Hall MRN Booth.’ Hall of Fame driver Rusty Wallace joins Moore, Striegle and Earnhardt with analysis of the sixth race in this year’s Chase for the NASCAR Sprint Cup. Fans who are unable to attend Sunday’s race can find their local Motor Racing Network affiliate by visiting www.MRN.comand clicking on the ‘STATIONS’ link. This weekend at Talladega Superspeedway Chevrolet in partnership with the American Cancer Society will campaign a pink Chevrolet SS pace car in support of Breast Cancer Awareness month. For every pace lap the pink Chevrolet SS leads, Chevrolet will donate $350 to the American Cancer Society’s Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Program. On Saturday morning, Chevrolet will host a group of 25 survivors and their guests in a hospitality area and give them pace car rides with drivers Kevin Harvick, Jamie McMurray and Kasey Kahne.(MRN)
