Halmar Friesen Racing announced via Twitter that the team will be skipping the next two NASCAR Camping World Truck Series events at Gateway and Iowa, before rejoining the series in Kentucky on July 6.
The team announced their full-time intentions prior to the start of the 2017 season, fielding the #52 Chevrolet for Stewart Friesen. Friesen is currently 21st in driver points with a best finish of 19th after the first seven Truck Series events.
