As the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series continues its march toward the end of the 2017 season, two competitors made the trek to Bristol Motor Speedway Tuesday for an official Goodyear Tire Test. Sunoco Rookie of the Year contenders #77-Erik Jones and #13-Ty Dillon took to the high banks to test potential tire compounds for next year’s Bristol races, which includes the Food City 500 weekend, April 13-15 and the Bass Pro Shops NRA Night Race week, Aug. 15-18.
