This is his seventh victory and 22nd top-10 finish in 2017. Truex’s seven wins are the most in a single season since Matt Kenseth’s seven wins in 2013.
This is his second victory and seventh top-10 finish in 19 races at Kansas Speedway.
Kurt Busch (second) posted his eighth top-10 finish in 24 races at Kansas Speedway. It is his 14th top-10 finish in 2017.
Ryan Blaney (P) (third) posted his fourth top-10 finish in six races at Kansas Speedway.
Ty Dillon (16th) was the highest finishing rookie.
Martin Truex Jr. (P) becomes the first driver in series history to win four consecutive races on 1.5-mile tracks.
Truex sets the series record for the most wins (6) on 1.5-mile tracks in a single season; the previous record was held by Carl Edwards (5 wins, 2008).
